1. Top-right, high frequency banner rotation scheme (shared advertising space)
All banners are 468 by 60 pixels (JPG, PNG or GIF - no animations) and are charged on a basic price per banner per month fee. There's no confusion or worry about advert impressions or clicks...just pay and have your advert displayed.
This banner area is a shared advertising location, visible at all times. Because of the incredible low cost, advertisers generally pay for a 4 month period at a time.
A new banner is loaded every time a page loads or refreshes on the site (see image below). Cost = 1x BaseRate* per month.
2. Mini ads - incredible low cost, high frequency, front page
A neat way to have a small but noticeable advert on NZMac.com. Mini ads are a common feature on many websites. Simply move your mouse over an advert and see the web address and small description for the advert.
Mini ads are 32 by 32 pixels (JPG, PNG or GIF - no animations, less then 10K in file size). There's no confusion or worry about advert impressions or clicks...just pay and have your advert displayed. One advert per business allowed.
Mini ads are always visible on the front page on NZMac.com. Costs for mini ads are incredibly low...1 x BaseRate* for 4 months placement!!
3. News section advertising (exclusive advertising space - News section only)
All banners are 468 by 60 pixels (JPG, PNG or GIF - no animations) and are charged on a basic price per banner per month fee. Note slight difference in banner size - 460 by 60.
Exclusive sponsorship for one of the most prominent sections of the NZMac.com website (see image below). Have your banner advert appear on every page of that section. Cost = 3x BaseRate* per month.
4. Page Peel advertising - Exclusive, prominent, interactive
Page Peel advertising is an exclusive advertising opportunity. Only one advertiser per month is allowed and priority is given to those who have not advertised before, to ensure a variety of ads are shown. No advertiser may appear in this section two months in a row.
The Page Peel area shows approximately half of a 500x500 graphic or animation. As this advertising approach is visible on all pages, it is available at a cost of 5x BaseRate* per month. See the animation below for an example of the Page Peel in action...
