This forum is not to be used to promote private sales or auctions occurring on other websites. Please be careful when conducting transactions via this message board system.

The Buy/Sell section of the forum provides you with an area to conduct the sale of personal Mac-related goods. It is not an area for companies to promote products/sales or for individuals to sell large quantities of items under the guise of a private sale.

Transactions conducted with other members are conducted entirely at your own risk. NZMac.com takes no responsibility for any misconduct of any of its members including without limitation, members that have registered under false pretense or any attempts by members to defraud other members.

Sellers - It is recommended that you provide details of the item for sale. We suggest that you do not list contact details such as phone numbers or snail mail address, but should currently supply an email contact.

Describe the condition that the item is in and (if you wish) your asking price. Sellers should only list items that exist and are to be sold and that you are legally entitled to sell. Do not use this forum to promote a business or web site, sell illegal products or promote cracking or warez sites or illegal serial numbers.

All postings are deleted automatically after 90 days of inactivity. If you have sold the item, please indicate that the goods have been sold

Buyers - If you have an open question concerning the product that others may be interested in, post the question to the forum. If you want to specially discuss the transition or offer a price, a private email is recommended.

NZMac.com gives no warranties as to the content, safety, description or legality of the items that are listed on the site, or the ability of members to complete a transaction. Inappropriate practices by any registered user of this forum gives NZMac.com the right to ban access for that member by any method deemed suitable. Illegal activity may be reported to the Police.

The NZMac.com website offers other sites the ability to have topics from these forums appear on their pages (forum feeds), although only publicly viewable information (topics, author names, number of replies etc) can be obtained and displayed by these sites.

NZMac.com reserves the right to modify these rules at any time without notice.
