NZMac.com - Supporting the New Zealand Mac community

Gidday, I am presently part way throught Level 5 of an AppSci IS&T Degree programme at the Open Polytechnic through their Openmind Online knowledge source. As a long time Macuser I would like to modify the course to be more Mac friendly. It appears as though some of the course components use solely wintel based computing techniques, ignoring as thought an unrecognised part of the computing world the Macintosh way. Are there any mainstream degree programmes that take advantage of this untaped world. Or can I do some of the optional modules using the Mac as the core technology. Surely universities are letting a golden opportunity slide by failing to develop courses examining Mac technologies.
