Tales of Pirates on Mac? (where to get Mac games) 11 Months, 3 Weeks ago  
So, most of the discussion at work recently by the people that arrive at 8am in half asleep state has been about igg's Tales of Pirates. I'm not much of a gamer, and my Google foo has failed me, but these windows gamers assure me there is a Mac version. In fact, Mr Double.co.nz is said to use it on a Mac. Download.com lists it as: Requirements: Windows 98/Me/NT/2000/XP/Vista

Being PPC mac user, no Parallels for me..

So where do people go to get Mac games?

I like ThinkTanks already! I used to play this tank game on windows. I forget the name. ah, TreadMarks - and I play BZFlag a bit on the Mac.

Strangely enough I never knew apple.com/games existed! Cheers.

Yeah I find the Apple web site really bluh !
Kinda colourless and not enough clear links on the main page.
Still they are only a small company just starting out .

also http://www.macgamestore.com/ - mostly smaller cheaper downloadable games but some AAA titles available
unfortunately like most American sites and even amazon.com they can't ship CDs overseas
www.trademe.co.nz has a mac games section www.totallymac.com for new games from a NZ online store
