If you are having trouble logging on to this forum, here are the things you should do to resolve the problem. Please....Please... work through the list taking note of what is said. On many occasions we receive requests for help from people who have simply typed in their name incorrectly and failed to notice, taking up a lot of our time.

If you are unable to log on to the forum...

If you have never registered

You need to register. We will not post messages on your behalf.
In order to register you need a valid email address. This address is not made public unless you choose to have it displayed, but it is required as part of the registration process, as a confirmation email is sent out, that requires a response. There's is no point putting in a fake email address as the registration process will not be completed.

* No email address = No registration
* Please, please, please! Keep a record of your username and password

If you are a registered user of the forum

********* PLEASE READ THIS NEXT PART !! PLEASE READ THIS!! ***************
Many people have not paid full attention to what happens next. Once you register you are sent an email. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LOGIN WITHOUT FIRST READING THAT EMAIL AND CLICKING ON THE ACTIVATION LINK IN THE EMAIL

So...continuing on...

* Click on the link in the email
* When you get back to the forum, log in using your username and password

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: My account appears to be deactivated
Email me (philip.roy@nzmac.com) with your username and email address details. I'll check this and confirm your request is legitimate. If you do not provide information that matches or that convinces me your request is legitimate, you are unlikely to gain access to the account

Q: I've forgotten my username
Email me (philip.roy@nzmac.com) with your email address details and as much information as you can tell me. I will only tell you the username for your account if I feel you have proven you are legitimate in your request.

Q: I've forgotten which email address I used or have changed email addresses
Email me (philip.roy@nzmac.com) with as much information as you can tell me. I may not be able to do anything, as your email address is our prime source of verifying a user and I will not simply change them upon request without satisfactory information. If it is obvious to me you are the same person, we may be able to change it. Otherwise, we may have to ask you to register under a new name.

Q: I'm....passing through the country/in a hurry/don't have an email address/think this would sound better coming from you/only ever want to say this one thing.....so could you post something for me on the forum?
No, sorry
