Pros
Reports on using the site shows a nice consistency on Windows and Macintosh machines (no real difference between using either) and even Linux gets a mention. Safari appears to work (although not mentioned) with the exception of slight layout issues (scrolls bars appear on all pages).

Cons
The National Bank probably promote Windows slightly more than Mac, but you have to look for it. Although it's great to see Macs acknowledged, it's very easy to look around the site and see a PC's mentioned by default. It's also unusual to see that the support page offers a link to support for Netscape users and a link to support for Microsoft users (these are links to external support sites) so why can't there be a Mac link?

Comments
The page on troubleshooting mentions that one of the known problems is a problem with Internet Explorer and then proceed to give advice on what to do on a PC. This is quite common to see on sites...a message and text indicating Mac support, but then falling back to the default support of all PC users. What should really happen here is that a note should say either "Here's what to do on the Mac version of IE" or say in fact, "This problem does not occur on a Mac". A little effort will show they are supporting Macs throughout their site.

Rating: Good (Probably deserves to be rated 'Excellent' for the fact that their system works and they mention Macs, but this is countered by the fact that in some of their support sections they then seem to ignore Macs or fail to say that the issue is only PC-related)
