Mac Friendly Companies
www.ww.co.nz
Information provided by Ben Lewis Evans - NZ Macguide Issue 12 Pros WebWorld is impressive by having Mac experts (yes, plural) on hand to whom calls are routed if the normal support staff cannot address Mac-specific issues. WebWorld claims to have an excellent helpdesk with no queues, no automated answering, and it is available 24/7. WebWorld also wouldn't comment on how many Mac users it has. Cons It doesn't have Mac-specific instructions on its website )other than quite dated ones), preferring instead that people ring its support line. Does not offer Mac-specific advice on ADSL modem purchases. Rating: Good (Thoroughly deserves to be 'Excellent' but outdated and minimal Mac pages would put off new customers and those that don't want to phone the Help Desk) Evidence
