| www.ucol.ac.nz Evidence - The Wanganui School of Design was welcomed into the "Hall of Fame" on the basis of their devotion to the use of Macintosh computers. This was highlighted in a visit to the School by Philip Roy for NZ Macguide. Read the visit to the Wanganui School of Design here The Wanganui School of Design was established in the late 1980s and has since gained an international reputation for its experimental work in new media and graphic design. The School of Design is an alternative voice in design education. It's dynamic studio environment attracts highly motivated students from around the world; students who are intent on engaging in a process of independent growth and constant experimentation. The degrees in Computer Graphic Design are jointly awarded by the Wanganui School of Design and the University of Waikato in recognition of the design technology and research relationship established between both institutions. - Bachelor of Computer Graphic Design
