NZMac.com - Supporting the New Zealand Mac community

This week marks issue number 300 of the free MacTips newsletter, by New Zealand based Miraz Jordan. For the last six years Miraz's weekly MacTips have informed and helped Mac users to make the most of their machines.

Tips average 400 words and explore the things most Mac users want to do with their machines: email, photos, music, chat, connect an iPod, and so on. The focus is on the software included with a Mac. It was May 2001 when Miraz first realised that she could create a weekly MacTip to answer all those repeated questions her clients kept
asking.

In 2003 she was selected for a UNESCO Exceptional Adult Educator Award for her work in adult education. With a lifelong background in teaching and training, and expertise in plain language, she has a strong reputation for clear writing.
